IDEMIA IdentoGO Centers provide a single source for a wide range of identity-related products and services. Our professional centers are located in convenient locations. Our primary service is the secure capture and transmission of electronic fingerprints for employment, certification, licensing, and other verification purposes. Additional services, such as I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification, passport photos, and notary services are available at participating locations. New identity-related products and services are being developed for the future.
Return Policy
Exchanges are allowed within 15 days from purchase for items either defective or sent incorrectly.
An exchange can be made for an item of equal or lesser value.
Refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s billed account in the event that a defective item for replacement is no longer in stock.
Refunds for returned items will be given in the form of store credit.
Customer will be credited for return postage if item was defective or not the correct item. Certain items may be subject to restocking fee.
Shipping Policy
Shipments are sent via FedEx delivery. Shipping will only be provided to U.S. destinations. Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of approval. Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment of package. To find your tracking information, log in to My Account and click on the 'Orders' link.
